These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of kaelontech.com (the “Site”) and any purchase from KaelonTech (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and pricing. We work to describe and price products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, images, specifications, or prices are error-free. Screen sizes, brightness figures, channel counts, throw ratios and compatibility details should be confirmed with us if they are critical to your purchase. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or information, we may cancel any order for that product, even after confirmation.
Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it and may limit or cancel quantities. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; a contract forms only when we ship. If we cancel after payment, we issue a full refund.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaelonTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in Indiana.
Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes are posted is acceptance.
